The Luminous Breathwork Certification is an advanced training in conscious breathwork facilitation, created for practitioners who feel called to deepen their work with the body, breath, and energetic field.

This program weaves together breathwork methodology, nervous system education, somatic awareness, and facilitation skills into a grounded, experiential certification journey.

Graduates are supported in developing the ability to hold safe, structured, and transformative breathwork sessions for both individuals and groups.

This training is especially supportive for certified Reiki practitioners expanding into breathwork, as well as coaches, healers, and wellness professionals who are ready to deepen and broaden their facilitation skills.

✦ Prerequisite

Completion of Usui Reiki Level I, II, and III (or higher) is required prior to enrollment.

This foundation supports a deeper sense of grounding, energetic awareness, and sensitivity to subtle body dynamics before entering breathwork facilitation training.

I also offer two-day immersive Usui Reiki trainings for all levels.

Luminous Breathwork Training

This training is a highly experiential and transformative program designed to support both personal growth and professional development.

Participants will engage in the process as both students and facilitators, allowing for a well-rounded and immersive learning experience. Through Luminous Breathwork, you will have the opportunity to explore deep levels of healing and self-awareness. Breathwork supports the release of deeply held energy and trauma stored within the body and mind, including experiences that may have been unconsciously suppressed as part of the body’s natural self-preservation response. Many individuals find this work helpful in cultivating a greater sense of clarity, balance, and overall well-being.

Luminous Breathwork is designed to guide participants beyond habitual mental and physical patterns, creating space for deeper energetic awareness. Each individual’s experience is unique, and the process unfolds at a pace that supports personal readiness and comfort.

Training Structure
The training is approximately 4 hours per day and includes both giving and receiving breathwork sessions. Participants will learn the foundational breathing techniques, as well as how to hold a supportive and intentional space for clients. Emphasis is placed on creating a safe, grounded environment that encourages ease and openness throughout the process.

Curriculum Includes:

  • Breathwork techniques and facilitation

  • Understanding and supporting emotional release, including trauma

  • Energy awareness and alignment

  • The role of sound and frequency in the process

  • Introduction to aromatherapy

  • Basic astrology and symbolism

Participants will also gain experience working in one-on-one sessions, with couples, and in group settings.

Constance Rose brings over 20 years of experience working with clients and students. She is the founder of Luminous Breathwork and a Reiki Master Teacher. Her approach integrates breathwork and energy practices to support personal transformation, including the release of trauma and emotional blocks, as well as ongoing self-discovery and holistic well-being. She has also taught at Miraval Spa and Resort and Nemacolin Luxury Wellness Retreat, bringing her work into respected wellness environments.
