From an early age, I was naturally drawn to energy work and frequency. These were not concepts that felt foreign to me, they were simply a natural part of the world as I experienced it. My intuition has always been a quiet but powerful guide, leading me toward the practices, teachings, and experiences that have shaped my path.
The Journey…
Tucson, Arizona became an important chapter in my journey. It opened a doorway for me to explore the depths of my being through personal self-discovery. It was a time of looking within, listening more deeply, and becoming curious about the layers of ourselves that are often waiting to be seen, felt, and understood.
My intuition has always been my quiet, powerful guide
My own healing journey continued to lead me into the study and experience of many healing arts. I followed my intuition, allowing it to guide me toward the people, places, and teachings that were meant to cross my path.
India
My journey took me to India for spiritual retreats and immersive experiences, deepening my connection with ancient teachings and practices. Awakening me on a deep soul level. This was a lifetime transformative experience. This energy is timeless.
France
In France, I followed the journeys connected to the Mother Mary Apparitions and the Mary Magdalene cave in Saint Baume to the History of the Cathors. Exploring the sacred landscapes, stories, and spiritual traditions associated with both.
Italy
My path also carried me to Italy, where I continued to expand my understanding and experience of spiritual and energetic practices. Once again the celebrations of Mother Mary and her gifts of healing to humanity.
The Realization
Through these experiences, I began to recognize how deeply interconnected our breath, energy, body, and inner world truly are.
Along the way, I discovered the profound and transformative power of Breathwork. What began as part of my own personal healing and self-discovery gradually became a calling to share this work with others.
The Calling
I went on to create my own Breathwork program, weaving together the wisdom, practices, energy work, frequency, and intuitive guidance I have gathered throughout my journey.
My work is an invitation to turn inward, breathe, reconnect with yourself, and explore the depths of your own being. I believe that within each of us is an innate wisdom, a deep and powerful knowing that can emerge when we become quiet enough to listen.
